The offer and sale of products available on the kammi.it website are governed by the General Sales Conditions described below, which are an integral part of the purchase contract for any product. The submission of an order implies acceptance by the customer.

KAMMI SOC. COOP reserves the right to make changes at any time to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These changes will be effective only in relation to purchase orders submitted after the modification date.

Article 1 - Purchase

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on kammi.it within each product page. Despite KAMMI SOC. COOP takes measures to ensure that the photographs shown on kammi.it are faithful reproductions of the original products, variations may be caused by the technical characteristics and color resolution of the navigation device used by the customer. KAMMI SOC. COOP. it is therefore not responsible for any inadequacies resulting from the aforementioned technical reasons.

Article 2 - Price and Payments

The prices of the products published on kammi.it are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes that may be applicable in the country of destination of the products, if this is different from Italy, which will be charged to the customer.

KAMMI SOC. COOP. reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered and sold on kammi.it at any time. However, any changes are not effective for customers who have already submitted the order.

As part of the order submission process, KAMMI SOC. COOP. proposes different payment methods: by credit card, through the Paypal protected system, by bank transfer or by cash on delivery. The customer is required to indicate the payment method he intends to use, among those proposed.

2.1 PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL
In the case of payment by credit card, the financial information is forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Intesa Sanpaolo (virtual POS Setefi Web Coin) which provides the related electronic payment services at a distance, without any third parties having access to it in any way . In case of payment by Paypal, the customer must provide the system with the requested data, without having to specify the details of his / her credit card.



2.2 PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
In case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must make the payment by entering the order reference code received by email in the field of the reason for payment.

In any case, the order will be prepared and sent by KAMMI SOC. COOP. upon receipt of payment.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment of the order. If the customer does not indicate the reference code in the reason for payment and if he does not make the payment within 5 working days from the date of the order, KAMMI SOC. COOP. will cancel the order.

2.3 PAYMENT BY CASH
In case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer must deliver to the courier the exact amount corresponding to his order with a surcharge of 5.00 € (the courier is not authorized to give change) in cash, otherwise the goods will not be delivered.

Checks, vouchers and any other means of payment are not accepted. Please note that the payment made by cash on delivery is not accepted outside the Italian territory.

Invoices are issued exclusively in electronic format, and only following a request from the Customer which consequently provides its own Tax Code or VAT Number. If the invoice is not requested, only a waybill will be delivered.

Article 3 - Shipping

All shipments to Italy are free with orders over € 34.90, for lower orders shipping costs are € 5.00. KAMMI SOC. COOP. undertakes to deliver the ordered products through selected carriers, within 3-5 working days from the positive outcome of the payment.

KAMMI ships the goods worldwide. In the EU and EXTRA EU member countries, in the Municipalities of Livigno or Campione d'Italia, the goods will arrive directly at the indicated delivery location, except for the communication of the shipping costs which will be detailed at the time of the order and which will be borne by the Buyer.

The overall cost will be specified to the foreign Buyer by email sent by KAMMI.

The Buyer who resides in a country that is not part of the EU, in the Municipalities of Livigno or Campione d'Italia, is advised to inquire about local taxes and duties, before placing an order on KAMMI.it

KAMMI SOC. COOP. is not responsible for the failed or delayed delivery of the ordered products due to force majeure (strikes, interventions by the Public Authority, fires, floods etc.) and in cases where KAMMI SOC. COOP. products are not supplied to cover the order received within the terms agreed with the supplier.

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must check that the package is perfectly closed and intact. If the package is damaged, the customer must report the disputes to the courier. Otherwise, the products are considered regularly delivered.

Article 4 - Returns and refunds

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated at the purchase act on kammi.it, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

To exercise this right, the customer must send appropriate notice to KAMMI SOC. COOP. within 14 working days from the delivery date of the product, as well as return the goods. The communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (via G. Rossini, 6 - 20023 Cerro Maggiore, Milan), by fax (0331.1836740) or email ( servizio.clienti@kammi.it ) provided it is confirmed by notice of receipt within the next 48 hours. Within 14 working days from delivery of the product, the customer is also required to return the product to KAMMI SOC. COOP. at Via G. Rossini, 6 - 20023 Cerro Maggiore, Milan.

The customer making purchases outside the Italian territory must send a specific communication to KAMMI SOC. COOP. within 14 working days from the delivery date of the product, as well as return the goods. The communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (via G. The products must be returned intact, properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with the transport document in the original packaging, with no obvious signs of use (except those compatible with a normal proof of the article) ).

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and returns the product using the label included in the original packaging, KAMMI SOC. COOP. undertakes to reimburse the price of the product and any shipping costs incurred by the customer.

After 14 days, the customer who intends to return the purchased goods, according to the methods described above, will be able to obtain a refund by paying a voucher for the same amount, which can be used for new orders on kammi.it. The voucher must be used by the customer within 100 days from the initial order. If the customer does not use the voucher within 100 days, the voucher will be canceled by KAMMI SOC. COOP. and the Customer will lose all reimbursement rights.

This free reimbursement condition, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, is to be considered valid for the first return. If the customer makes multiple returns on the same order, KAMMI SOC. COOP. will require a payment of 8 euros each.

For the customer who makes purchases outside the Italian territory, even the first return is charged to the customer.

If the customer returns the product in a way that does not comply with these General Sales Conditions, specified in this article, the withdrawal will not be effective.

Article 5 - Goods exchange

KAMMI SOC. COOP. also grants the Purchaser the right to exchange goods by size or by model within the same article. To obtain the exchange of goods, the Purchaser must always complete the online form in the area reserved for him on this website, with indications of the article code or within 14 working days from the day of receipt. of the articles that you intend to change and the size you would like to get in replacement. In any case, the transport costs for the return of the product and any import duties paid by KAMMI SOC. COOP. if the goods are delivered from an EU or non-EU country [except from Italy] they are the responsibility of the Buyer.

KAMMI SOC. COOP. will support only the expenses necessary to send the product for which the change was requested, only on the Italian territory and in compliance with the provisions of art. 4 of this contract. KAMMI SOC. COOP. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns or exchanges for products that are claimed to be defective. If they are defective KAMMI SOC. Article 8 - Conclusion of the contract

With this contract, respectively, KAMMI SOC COOP sells and the Purchaser purchases remotely via telematic means only the movable tangible assets indicated and offered for sale on this site.

The contract between KAMMI SOC. COOP. and the Buyer ends exclusively through the internet through the Buyer's access to this site, where, following the procedures indicated, the Buyer will come to formalize the proposal for the purchase of the goods offered for sale.
